Santhanaram Jayaram or Ram, as he is known to everyone, is a Laughter Coach and Speaker with an MBA in International Business who strongly believes in his mission of helping people effectively.

Ram has conceptualised the personal effectiveness program “C.O.D.E.W.O.R.D For Success”, and is the author of “Ram Up Your Laughter” and “Engage, Communicate & Succeed”.

Achieving numerous speaking awards and the Outstanding Individual Suggestions Award in the Public Sector, Ram is also a Master Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (MNLP) Practitioner (awarded by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology) and has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2005, 2006 & 2007 in sales of financial instruments that allows him to enrich his participants with sales and customer service psychology.

With his diverse industry experience, Ram injects creativity and humour into his workshops through simple pointers and illustrations.

Ram has appeared in Print, on Radio and on National TV, starring in over 50 productions from TV Sitcoms, TV Commercials, Advertisements, Hosting and Interactive Training Programs.  He was a leading actor in “Kallang Roar The Movie”, depicting the Singapore National Football team’s legendary coach Choo Seng Quee (played by Singapore’s favourite son, Lim Kay Siu) and the events leading up to Singapore winning the Malaysia Cup in 1977.

Ram is co-founder of Comics At The Castle, Funnyside @ The Brightside and Comedy Hustle which are open-mic comedy clubs, creating opportunities for aspiring comedians to showcase their talent.
